The Time Saved is calculated depending on the type of activity.

Making a quotation

– We estimate that Airocollect can save you 4 hours per quotation.
Why? Without Airocollect it takes on average 2 hours to do a measurement, 1 hour to make a basic calculation and 1.5 hours to make the necessary visuals (4.5 hours in total). With Airocollect you need 15 minutes to do the scan, 10 minutes to measure in Airocollect and 5 minutes to generate a visual summary (30 minutes in total).

Making a design

– We estimate that Airocollect can save you 8 hours per design.
Why? Without Airocollect it takes on average 4 hours of measuring and 4.5 hours of creating a digital baseline of the project in your software (8.5 hours in total). With Airocollect you need 15 minutes to do the scan and 15 minutes to set out the baseline based on the generated digital (3D) model (30 min in total).

Following up work sites

– We estimate that Airocollect can save you 8 hours per site. 4 hours at the start and 4 hours at the end.
Why? Without Airocollect we estimate that on average 2.5 hours are needed to perform the measurements and 2 hours to process them in the office (4.5 hours in total). With Airocollect you’ll need 15 minutes to do the scan and 15 minutes to measure volumes, height profiles, surfaces, distances… and generate an export (30 min in total).

The Profit Increase is the total of time saved times the hourly rate.

How does the Airocollect subscription license work?

Airocollect works with annual licenses of which the price is based on how many scans you do.
During this period access is granted to all datasets within and functionality based upon your subscription plan.

The BUSINESS and ENTERPRISE subscriptions enable you to perform unlimited scans with 2 drones for a fixed annual license fee.

The SMALL and MEDIUM subscriptions allow you to manage the cost depending on your business activity. If you sign on for a SMALL (12 scans a year) or MEDIUM (24 scans a year) subscription your account will be topped up every year with respectively 12 or 24 new scans.

• Scans that haven’t been used are transferred to the following year, so you won’t lose them.
• If your run out of scans, you can purchase a new subscription. Your account will be topped up and the yearly renewal will start counting from the date of the new subscription.
• If at any time you want to change your plan, upon purchase of your new plan, the available scans will be topped up accordingly.
• If you decide to upgrade to a BUSINESS or ENTERPRISE subscription your account will be upgraded to unlimited amount of scans and the remaining will be lost.
• If you decide to downgrade to a SMALL or MEDIUM subscription your account will be downgraded to the amount of scans of your new plan.
• Scans have a lifetime of 2 years from date of upload and are accessible based upon your license subscription period.
